You can rent the Gold Room and turn it into the perfect room to get things done. The space includes a leather couch, coffee table, designer chairs and meeting must-haves. The Gold Room is also fully furnished with all the necessary office equipment.

Ample Parking on site. The office building can comfortably hold up to 70 cars.

Host Rules:

-4-HOUR MINIMUM Required on Sundays

-Must have a COI (Certificate Of Insurance)

-Cameras are active in all spaces

-Recording in bathrooms is prohibited

-Music in the office should be moderate and not disruptive

-This is a coworking space, so you have to respect other people in the space and their time

-Respect the office policies

-No smoking inside the building
